Analysis

This resolution accepts Water Easement WE896 for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a water main.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easement offered the City:

WE896 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Gordon Knoll Condominium Association, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated East Locust Street at Vacated North Gordon Place, in the City of Milwaukee.

Said document being attached to and part of this resolution, is accepted; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Easement has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
