Body
Adli Dahadha applied for a food dealer license from the City of Milwaukee on March 3, 2010; and
 
Whereas, The Health Department received an objection from Ald. Willie Hines, Jr. to a food dealer license for Adli Dahadha, Agent for Atari Food, LLC, for the premises at 2478 N. 38th Street doing business as "Atari Food, LLC" in the 15th Aldermanic District; and
 
The Common Council's Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on the application on July 12, 2010; and
 
The Committee heard neighborhood testimony in opposition to the license and saw evidence of over concentration of food dealer outlets in the area; now, therefore,
 
It is moved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the food dealer license application of Adli Dahadha, Agent for Atari Food, LLC, for the premises at 2478 N. 38th Street in the 15th Aldermanic District ("Atari Food LLC") be denied.
