Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Commerce Street from a point 200 feet south of North Humboldt Avenue to a point 70 feet south thereof

On the east side of North Prospect Avenue from a point 65 feet north of North Maryland Avenue to a point 30 feet north thereof

On the north side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 140 feet east of North 68th Street east to the dead end

On the east side of North 124th Street from a point 70 feet north of West Villard Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof

On the east side of North 124th Street from a point 135 feet north of West Villard Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof

In the alley bounded by West Rogers Street, West Becher Street, South 24th Street and south 25th Street

Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North Richards Street from a point 580 feet north of East Hope Avenue to a point 600 feet further north thereof from 8:00am to 5:00pm except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North Richards Street from a point 1780 feet north of the north curb line of West Hope Avenue to a point 180 feet further north thereof from 7:00am to 7:00pm except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Bradford Avenue from North Cramer Street to North Fredrick Avenue”

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
