After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $613,000 with the total cost estimated to be $12,080,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Villard Ave. - N. 27th St. to N. Teutonia Ave. (SM495100092): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $346,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2011 construction season.

N. 24th St. - W. Purdue St. to 108 feet m/l north of W. Purdue St. (SM495100085): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $102,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2011 construction season.

N. 32nd St. - 300 feet m/l south of W. Villard Ave. to 200 feet m/l south of W. Villard Ave. (SM495100081): Relaying sanitary and storm sewers. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $74,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2011 construction season.
