Body
Whereas, On April 12, 2010, in accordance with s.320-21-13(a) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, the Historic Preservation Commission voted to impose interim historic designation on the property located at 4330 N. 25th Street; and
Whereas, The owner of the property, pursuant to s.320-21-13(f), Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, is entitled to appeal to the Common Council the Commission's decision to impose historic interim designation, and the owner filed a request for a hearing of this appeal in a timely manner; and
Whereas, The Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee reviewed the appeal at a May 24, 2010 meeting and, by a vote of 5-0, denied the appeal; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the April 12, 2010, decision of the Historic Preservation Commission to impose interim historic designation on the property located at 4330 N. 25th Street is affirmed.
