This ordinance revises various provisions of the code for purposes of correcting errors, clarifying language and eliminating obsolete provisions.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 81-87 of the code is amended to read:
81-87. Parking Permit: On-street Commuter Parking, Impacted Areas. There shall be no fee charged for on-street commuter parking permits for impacted areas issued on [[either a quarterly or]] an annual basis.

Part 2. Section 101-44-1 of the code is amended to read:
101-44. Bus Stops Locations and Regulations.
1. LOCATIONS. No operator of a duly authorized common carrier of passengers may regularly stop on any highway within the limits of this city for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers except at such locations approved by the transit stop [[subcommittee of the utilities and licenses]] >>technical<< committee [[of the common council]]. Formal action by the common council shall not be required except in cases of dispute. The infrastructure services division of the department of public works shall keep and maintain appropriate record of such locations approved by the transit stop [[subcommittee of the common council]] >>technical committee<<.

Part 3. Section 304-50-13 of the code is amended to read:
304-50. Vacation of In Rem Judgement.
13.
