Title
An ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 5th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Mc Kinley Avenue”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 5th Street from a point 80 feet north of West Juneau Avenue to West Mc Kinley Avenue
On the west side of North 5th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Mc Kinley Avenue
On the west side of North 89th Street from a point 115 feet south of West Dogwood Street to a point 25 feet south thereof
On the south side of West Forest Home Avenue from a point 165 feet west of South 61st Street to a point 100 feet west thereof
On the east side of South 6th Street from West Madison Street to a point 50 feet south
On the west side of South 6th Street from West Madison Street to a point 50 feet north
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Oakland Avenue from East North Avenue to a point 80 feet north
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-k of the Code relating to Parking for the Physically Disabled is amended by adding the following:
The first legal parking space on the west side of North Plankinton Avenue north of West Buffalo Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-7-d of the Code relating to Parking Exceptions Under Bridges is amended by adding the following:
On West State Street under the Hawley Road viaduct
Part 6. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:
“On North 5th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West Mc Kinley Avenue”
