This ordinance creates a footnote in the code of ordinances stating that enforcement of the code provisions relating to publicly accessible collection bins will be stayed until April 1, 2025.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  The following footnote is inserted immediately following s. 239-13 of the code:

Enforcement of s. 239-13 is stayed until April 1, 2025.
