Title
Resolution relating to a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as Story Hill Place, on land located on the South Side of West Bluemound Road and East of North 51st Street, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This minor modification was requested by Storyhill Investments, LLC and will allow for minor variations to the building elevations on the originally approved single-family homes and will change the condominium ownership to single-family ownership.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907-3(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
 
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Story Hill Place was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on May 31, 2006, under File No. 051392; and
 
Whereas, Revisions to the building elevations are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting six single-family residences and allowing for minor variations to the building elevations and for the change in condominium ownership to single-family ownership, as the original Detailed Planned Development approved, is approved.
