A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of East Belleview Place from the east curb line of North Downer Avenue to a point 120 feet east thereof, at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 76^th Street from a point 345 feet south of West Blue Mound Road to a point 50 feet south thereof

On the west side of North 12^th Street from a point 215 feet north of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 40 feet north thereof
