This resolution also authorizes the transfer from the 2023 Common Council Contingent Fund of up to $1,521,585 to various departments and account in order to close the 2023 financial books.

Whereas, To facilitate closing of year 2023 financial books, transfers from 2023 Common Contingent Fund are necessary; now therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $25,281 from the 2023 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-0063000) (2023) be transferred to the Board of Zoning Appeals Operating Expenditures Account (0001-0960-R999-0063000) (2023) if necessary; and, be it
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $3,516 from the 2023 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-0063000) (2023) be transferred to the Outside Counsel/Expert Witness Fund Special Purpose Account (0001-1490-S157-063000) (2023) if necessary;
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $46,611 from the 2023 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-0063000) (2023) be transferred to the Election Commission Operating Expenditures Account (0001-1700-R999-006300) (2023) if necessary;
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $138,518 from the 2023 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-0006300) (2023) be transferred to the Land Management Special Purpose Account (0001-1910-S209-006300) (2023) if necessary;
