Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 1st Street from a point 150 feet north of the north curb line of West Walnut Street to a point 55 feet north thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 13th Street from West Waterford Avenue to a point 50 feet south
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South 11th Street from West Orchard Street to West Lapham Boulevard”
