Minutes note: The court reporter was sworn in. The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Licenses Committee and the exceptions filed in these matters? All members present indicated they had done so, Ald. Davis EXCUSED. The question was put: Are any of the following or their counsels present and, if so, do they wish to address the Common Council? Samer L. Asad was present by Attorney G. Michael Guerin. Kevin M. Schwabe was not present. Ald. Bohl moved that the Common Council resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole for the purpose of taking testimony in this matter. There was no objection. Attorney Michael Guerin appeared and addressed the Common Council. Asst. City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council. Ald. Bohl moved that the Committee of the Whole rise. There was no objection. Return license of Kevin M. Schwabe (Class "D" Bartender) to committee. Ald. Bohl asked to be listed as a "NO" vote on: The 10-day suspension of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Amusement licenses of Hussein Govani, Homestyle Restaurant Group, LLC, for "Club International" and on the 25-day suspension of the Class "D" Bartender license of Nicholas J.
