Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South Allis Street from East Bay Street to East Stewart Street from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 90th Street to a point 70 feet west”
“On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 91st Street to a point 70 feet west”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Wisconsin Avenue from a point 70 feet west of North 90th Street to a point 720 feet west thereof
On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 90th Street to North 91st Street
On the south side of West Wisconsin Avenue from North 91st Street to a point 475 feet west
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Oakland Avenue from East North Avenue to a point 80 feet north
Part 4. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:
“On the east side of South Allis Street from East Bay Street to East Stewart Street”
