Analysis
Section 66.1109(3)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, require that Business Improvement Districts and Neighborhood Improvement Districts submit annual Operating Plans for City approval. This resolution approves Year 2024 Operating Plans for Business Improvement District Nos. 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 48, 49, 50, 51, and 53 and Neighborhood Improvement District Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 and authorizes assessments on taxable property within said Districts.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”) has created Business Improvement Districts (“BIDs”) and Neighborhood Improvement Districts (“NIDs”) in the City of Milwaukee and has approved their Initial Operating Plans; and

Whereas, Section 66.1109(3)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, requires that the Boards of BIDs and NIDs submit annual Operating Plans to the Common Council for approval; and
