Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 42nd Street from a point 160 feet north of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South 42nd Street from a point 160 feet north of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof”

Part 3.  Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 22nd Street from a point 150 feet north of West Clybourn Street to a point 20 feet north thereof
