Title

Resolution conditionally approving a final certified survey map.

Analysis

This resolution conditionally approves a final certified survey map. The approval is necessary to correct an error found in a previously approved version of the same certified survey map.

Body

Whereas, The Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final certified survey map by Five Points MLKEDC LLC; and

Whereas, The final certified survey map combines multiple parcels for new development; and

Whereas, A previous version of the certified survey map was conditionally approved under Resolution File No. 230501, adopted by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on July 31, 2023; and

Whereas, a correction has been made to the legal description on page two of the certified survey map, requiring a new approval; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final certified survey maps; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following certified survey map be and hereby is conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A:
