Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2023 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Information & Technology Management Division), City Attorney, Department of City Development, Department of Emergency Communications, Employes” Retirement System, Fire Department, Health Department (Clinical Services Division; Community Health Division), Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Port Milwaukee, Department of Public Works (Infrastructure Services Division, Operations Division, Sewer Maintenance Fund, Water Works)

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 220650 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 17, 2023 - August 6, 2023):
Under Pay Range 1FX, delete the title of “Call Center Supervisor (1)”, add the title of “Unified Call Center Supervisor (10)”, and add new footnote (10) to read:

Annual 75,002.98
Under Pay Range 1GX, delete the titles of “Doula Program Manager (13)”, “Disability Specialist - Lead (7)”, “Emergency Communications Supervisor - Quality Assurance (3)”, and “Emergency Communications Supervisor - Training (3)”.
Under Pay Range 1HX, add the titles of “Disability Specialist - Lead (6)”, “Doula Program Manager (8)”, and “Unified Call Center Manager (10)”; delete the titles of “Pension Accounting Manager (6)” and “UCC Operations Manager (6)”, and add new footnote (10) to read:
