Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2023 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Intergovernmental Relations Division), Assessor’s Office, Common Council - City Clerk, Deferred Compensation Plan, Health Department (Office of the Commissioner & Health Administration, Clinical Services Division, Community Health Division, Environmental Health Division), Library, Department of Public Works (Infrastructure Services Division, Operations Division, Sewer Maintenance Fund, Water Works)

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 220651 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Administration, Intergovernmental Relations Division”, delete two positions of “Intergovernmental Policy Manager (Y)”, add one position of “Legislative Fiscal Manager - Senior (Y)”, add one position of “Legislative Fiscal Manager (Y), and delete one position of “Legislative Fiscal Manager (Y).

Under “Common Council - City Clerk, Central Administration Division”, add one position of “Intergovernmental Policy Manager (Y)”.

Under “Health Department, Office of the Commissioner & Health Administration”, delete footnote “(H)” in its entirety and add footnote (RST) to read as follows:

“(RST) To expire 9/30/2024 unless the ReCAST Milwaukee project grant is extended.”

Under “Office of Violence Prevention”, delete footnote (H) from and add footnote (RST) to one position of “Violence Reduction & Prevention Program Director (H) (L) (V) (W) (X) (Y) (Z) (BB) (CC) (EE) (KK)”, “Administrative Assistant IV (H)”, and “ReCAST Program Manager (H)(X...
