A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Burleigh Street from West Fond du Lac Avenue to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday”

“On West Fond du Lac Avenue from West Burleigh Street to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Burleigh Street from West Fond du Lac Avenue to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday

On West Fond du Lac Avenue from West Burleigh Street to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday

Part 3.  Section 101-32-3-b-5 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Burleigh Street from West Fond du Lac Avenue to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”

“On West Fond du Lac Avenue from North 35th Street to North 36th Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”
