This ordinance provides that only contribution funds donated to the city may be used to purchase alcohol beverages and related services.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. Section 304-24-5-f of the code is amended to read:

 

304-24. Contributions Received by the City.

5. APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF CONTRIBUTION FUNDS.

f. Expenditures are to be in accordance with prescribed city policies and procedures >>, provided that contribution funds may be used for the purchase of alcohol beverages and related services<<.
