This resolution conditionally approves final Certified Survey Maps.

Body

Whereas, the Department of City Development received applications requesting the approval of final Certified Survey Maps (“CSM’s”) by Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity; and

Whereas, these final CSM’s reconfigure parcels; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final CSM’s; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following CSM’s be and hereby are conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A.
