A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

 “On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to a point 50 feet south”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to a point 70 feet south

On the north side of West National Avenue from a point 180 feet east of South 9th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof

On the north side of West Stevenson Street from North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east
