This resolution conditionally approves a final Certified Survey Map.

Body

Whereas, the Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final Certified Survey Map (“CSM”) by Bronzeville Estates, LLC; and

Whereas, this final CSM combines parcels; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final CSM; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following CSM be and hereby are conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A.
