Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-13-1 of the Code relating to Designation and Marking of Speed Zones is amended by adding the following:
On North Prospect Avenue from North Franklin Place to East Bradford Avenue 25mph
Part 2. Section 101-13-2 of the Code relating to Maximum Speed 30 Miles Per Hour is amended by striking the following:
“On North Prospect Avenue from East Knapp Street to East Bradford Avenue”
Part 3. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed Limit 20 Miles Per Hour is amended by striking the following:
“On North 20th Street from West North Avenue to West Clarke Street”
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by striking the following:
“On North Pierce Street at East Hadley Street”
“On West Townsend Street at North 91st Street”
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by adding the following:
On East Hadley Street and North Pierce Street in all directions
On West Townsend Street and North 91st Street in all directions
