Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Historic Haymarket Milwaukee, Inc. and will allow the development of a museum on the subject sites.

 

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1310 North 6th Street, Tax Key No. 361-0350-100; 1340 North 6th Street, Tax Key No. 361-0348-110; and 520 West McKinley Avenue, Tax Key No. 361-0351-111, from Industrial Light (IL2) to C9G-Downtown Mixed Activity (C9G).
