Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 13th Street from a point 250 feet south of West Edgerton Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 16th Street from a point 200 feet south of the south curb line of West Scott Street to a point 285 feet further south at any time”
“On the east side of South 16th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Pierce Street from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays”
“On the west side of South 16th Street between West National Avenue to West Pierce Street between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from the south curb line of West Washington Street to a point 150 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from the south curb line of West National Avenue to a point 45 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from the north curb line of West National Avenue to a point 120 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from the north curb line of West Mineral Street to a point 100 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of South 16th Street from a point 180 feet south of the south curb line of West Scott Street to a point 270 feet further south, at any time”
