Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Number 221273 is amended by deleting the first “resolved” clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee is able to apply for a Community Development Investment Grant from Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation on behalf of The New State MKE LLC at 2608 and 2612 West State Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53233; and, be it”
