Title

A substitute ordinance relating to meter parking regulations in the central business district.

Analysis

Common Council File Number 221189, passed February 28, 2023, provided that, within the boundaries of the central business district, all meter time parking restrictions shall have an ending time of 4:00 p.m. It further provided that these meter parking spaces shall have the following additional parking regulation: meter parking 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.

 

This ordinance repeals File Number 221189, thereby returning the parking regulations for the meter parking spaces in the central business district to the same regulations that were in effect immediately prior to the passage of File Number 221189.

 

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Common Council File Number 221189 is repealed.
