This resolution amends Common Council File Number 220912 approving an agreement between the City and Halling & Cayo, S.C. for legal services and representation relating to recovery of PCT-related damages to change the amount of required professional liability insurance from $5 million to $2 million.

Whereas, On November 1, the Common Council adopted Resolution File Number 220912, approving an agreement between the City and Halling & Cayo, S.C. for legal services and representation to the recovery of PCB-related damages; and
Whereas, The original contract required $5 million of professional liability insurance; and
Whereas, The contract has been amended to require $2 million of professional liability insurance; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Resolution File Number 220912 is amended by replacing the original contract with the amended contract attached to this file; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper City officials are authorized to execute an amended Contract for Legal Services with Halling & Cayo. S.C., substantially in the form of the contract attached to this file.
