Analysis
This resolution approves an affidavit that relocates the 4’ Private Ingree/Egree Access Easement, for the benefit of Outlot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8895, adjacent to the public alley on west line of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8895 and the west line of Lot 1 in Block 2 of Westlawn West.

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8895, was recorded as Document No. 10653887 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on March 3, 2017; and
Whereas, John P. Casucci, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting errors in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
