Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st and 4th Aldermanic Districts

2023 N. 27th St. and W. Highland Blvd. (SM499230003) File Number 221442: Bioretention Maintenance (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $49,000). The total estimated cost of this project is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 68th St. - W. Grantosa Dr. to 425’ South of W. Grantosa Dr. (WT410230642) File Number 211861: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0. Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $155,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $170,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.
