Whereas, Port Milwaukee issued invoice 4280009483 to U.S. Oil for $30,000; and
Whereas, The amount owed was recalculated and later reduced to $21,000; and
Whereas, U.S. Oil submitted the $21,000 payment due using the $30,000 invoice, leaving an invoice balance of $9,000; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the outstanding balance of $9,000 be cancelled.
