Bauman said that this matter is more appropriate for a special privilege than a special event. Mr. Washington - DPW - said that the requested location is not a public right of way so it cannot be considered as special event/special privilege and that Public Works would not authorize "port-o-potty" there. Ald. Zamarripa suggested to hold this item since the Public Safety and Health Committee meeting for tomorrow will hear the file 220913 (Communication from various agencies relating to ensuring a Housing First approach to the un housed in the City of Milwaukee) because she thinks that this is a matter of public and health safety as well. She also said that different agencies are invited to participate and that it will be a great chance to start a conversation. Ald. Brostoff moved to hold the file to the call of the chair with the expectation that it will be discussed tomorrow and that a determination will be made by December 13th, 2022. (Prevailed 4-1)	Pass	4:1
