This ordinance increases the maximum annual household income for eligible deferred special assessment applicants from $25,000 to $30,000.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 115-44-3-b of the code is amended to read:

115-44.  Deferred Special Assessments.

3.  ELIGIBILITY.
