Keyellia Morris is present as well.
Ald. Coggs asked Atty. Farris if the lack of the insurance is grounds for revocation.
Atty. Farris said that it is not ground for revocation but a suspension instead.
Ald. Coggs asked the applicant if he holds an insurance.
The applicant said that he can provide a copy of the insurance.
The applicant explained said that it was supposed to be an in and out job and that it is a money issue that supposed to be a matter for the small claims court and not a license matter.
Ald. Spiker asked Mr. Cooney if actions can be taken before the insurance is presented.
Atty. Farris said that this seems to be a small claims court matter.
Mr. Cooney clarified that the revocation request is for unfinished work and money.
Ald. Spiker moved to hold the application to the call of the chair. There were no objections. (Prevailed 4-0)
