Whereas, the Department of Administration uses its Reimbursable Services Advance Fund for several purposes, including billing for telephone services, network costs, parking communications and IT purchases; and
Whereas, utilization of the Department of Administration’s 2022 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund expenditures have been higher than anticipated; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $600,000 be and hereby is appropriated from the 2022 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to the Department of Administration; and, be it
Further Resolved, That this appropriation is in addition to the $3,100,000 appropriated to the Department of Administration by Common Council Resolution 210812; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue be in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
