This resolution authorizes the cancellation of serial number 32156, Tax Key 470-2776-100-X.
Body
Whereas, A special improvement bill in the amount of $715.00 was issued to Tax Key 470-2776-100-X, serial number 32156 and billed on October 1, 2021; and
Whereas, It was recently determined that this property should not have been billed for the special assessments; and
Whereas, The bill needs to be cancelled; now, therefore, be it
Resolved; By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to amend the 2021-2030 tax rolls by canceling $715.00 for a special improvement bill including any accrued interest, serial number 32156 issued on Tax Key 470-2776-100-X; and, be it
Resolved, That the Paving Non-Assessable Account (ST211220001) be charged for this amount; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller shall issue to the City Treasurer a check in the amount of $93.33 for serial number 32156: to pay the tax delinquency of said special assessment.
