Title

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by a motion of the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee and will allow a mix of commercial uses on the subject site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 128 and 128 A East Burleigh Street, Tax Key No. 282-0611-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
