Title
Resolution relating to the Department of City Development’s rejection of certain certified survey maps submitted to the Department.
Analysis
This resolution provides that the Department of City Development shall reject as incomplete certain the certified survey maps submitted to the Department.
Body
Whereas, Certain certified survey maps have been submitted to the Planning Administration section of the Department of City Development for review, processing and approval under Chapter 119 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; and
Whereas, There has been no activity concerning these submitted maps by the applicants for at least 18 months; and
Whereas, The Department of City Development has contacted certain applicants and determined these applicants no longer wish to pursue their applications for approval of submitted certified survey maps; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Planning Administration section of the Department of City Development shall reject as incomplete the certified survey maps submitted by applicants listed on the attached Attachment A.
