Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 53rd St. - W. Villard Ave. to W. Custer Ave. (ST211210281) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund - $4,995; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $500). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $16,400. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

N. 54th St. - W. Fairmount Ave. to W. Villard Ave. (ST211210282) Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund - $4,140; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $500). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $16,600. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
