Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Kaeding Development Group, LLC and will allow the subject site to be combined with an adjacent parcel that is zoned C9G for land development.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 640 East Summerfest Place, Tax Key No. 392-2167-100, from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Downtown-Mixed Activity (C9G).
