Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Burnham Street from South 35th Street to a point 165 feet east
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 9th Street from a point 75 feet south of West Bruce Street to a point 50 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 9th Street from West Bruce Street to a point 75 feet south of West Bruce Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
On the west side of North Terrace Avenue from East Wyoming Place to a point 160 feet north of East North Avenue from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
On the north side of East Wyoming Place from North Lake Drive to North Terrace Avenue from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Part 4. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:
“On North Granville Road from North 99th Street to West Bradley Road”
