Analysis

Currently, staffing support to the ambulance service board is provided by the fire department. Under this ordinance, staffing support to the board will be provided by the city clerk’s office.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 75-15-2-c of the code is amended to read:

75-15.  Ambulance Certification Regulations.

2.  AMBULANCE SERVICE BOARD. 

c.  The [[fire department]]>> city clerk’s office<< shall staff the board.
