5/9/20220 HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ADOPTED

Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the exterior lighting is sunken, the flag pole must be below the height of the house and the proposed fence must match the existing fence. A hot tub will be installed in the back. Staff recommends approval with conditions. The fence will be wrought iron. The neighbor has no objection to a hot tub.
