Title
Resolution permitting a minor modification to a Detailed Planned Development known as Cameo Care Campus on land located East of South 27th Street and South of West Grange Avenue, for construction of an enclosed vestibule at the ground floor entrance, in the 13th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This minor modification will allow for the construction of an enclosed vestibule for the entrance to the ground floor of the existing facility.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907-3(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Cameo Care Campus was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on February 1, 2005, under File No. 041162; and
Whereas, The construction of an enclosed vestibule for the entrance to the ground floor of the existing facility is consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting the construction of an enclosed vestibule for the ground floor entrance of the existing facility, is approved.
