Whereas, Citizens, including the pastor of Christ the King Baptist Church located at 7750 North 60th Street, have requested that a traffic signal be installed at the intersection of West Port Avenue and North 60th Street; and
Whereas, The total estimated cost for installation of this traffic signal is $80,000 with funding to come from the Division's Capital Improvement Fund Project/Grant Number ST22009000; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to install a new traffic control signal at the intersection of West Port Avenue and North 60th Street; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer funds in the amount of $80,000 from the Traffic Control Facilities Parent Account Number ST22009000 to the sub account indicated as follows:
