Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-7 of the Code relating to Non-Intersection Crosswalks is amended by striking the following:
“On South 13th Street approximately 525 feet south of the south curb line of West Howard Avenue”
“On South 13th Street approximately 752 feet south of the south curb line of West Waterford Avenue”
Part 2. Section 101-7-2 of the Code relating to Non-Intersection Crosswalks is amended by adding the following:
On South 13th Street approximately 425 feet south of West Waterford Avenue
Part 3. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by striking the following:
“On East Clarke Street and North Fratney Street in all directions”
“On North Fratney Street and East Wright Street”
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop Signs is amended by adding the following:
On East Clarke Street at North Fratney Street
On North Booth Street at East Wright Street
On North Bremen Street at East Wright Street
On North Hubbard Street at East Wright Street
On North Palmer Street at East Wright Street
On North Pierce Street at East Wright Street
On North Weil Street at East Wright Street
On West Holt Street and South 91st Street in all directions
Part 5. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to Through Highway is amended by striking the following:
“East and West Wright Street from west line of North Humboldt Avenue to east line of North 2nd Street”
Part 6. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to Through Highway is amended by adding the following:
West Wright Street from North 1st Street to North 2nd Street
Part 7. Section 101-21.5-1 of the Code relating to Designation of Bicycle Lane is amended by adding the following:
On South 13th Street from West Howard Avenue to West Layton Avenue
