Minutes note: Ms. Jacqueline Drayer said this was the subject of an October 2019 hearing and at that hearing it was required that the porch balcony come before the commission. Standard wood conditions and 3.5" between balusters, rather than current 4". Maureen Otzko - will not be a carport and will be in the building envelope. They will amend the balusters to 3.5". Grant.
