Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st and 4th Aldermanic Districts

N. 27th St. and W. Highland Ave. (SM499220012) Bioretention Maintenance Contract. (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $10,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

6th Aldermanic District

E./W. Ring St. - N. Achilles St. to N. 2nd St. (SM495220011) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000) The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $174,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

7th and 15th Aldermanic Districts

N. Sherman Blvd. (SM499220013) Bioretention Maintenance Contract. (Storm Water Quality - Nonassessable Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements -- $10,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $50,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
